How often does Empowernet report its results and when does this occur?

All mandatory half-yearly reports are made. And, following standard company policy, quarterly cash flow statements are also issued.

What does Issuer Sponsored mean?

An Issuer Sponsored holding is maintained by the issuer of your shares. All details relating to your holding are maintained by the issuer at the share registry. Your Issuer Sponsored holding can be identified by an 'I' at the start of your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) which is printed on your holding statement.

When your shares are Issuer Sponsored, you are free to trade them through any broker without the need to move them around. You give your nominated broker permission to access your holding when you buy or sell.

What does Broker Sponsored mean?

If your shares are Broker Sponsored, you will have a Holder Identification Number (HIN) allocated to your holding rather than a Shareholder Reference Number (SRN). Your Broker Sponsored holding can be identified by an 'X' at the start of your HIN which is printed on your holding Statement.

What is the SRN?

The Shareholder Registration Number (SRN) identifies your registration on an Issuer Sponsored Subregister. An SRN registers an investor's shareholding in a single listed company. If you hold shares in more than one company and choose to be Issuer Sponsored, you will have a different SRN for each shareholding.

What is the HIN?

The Holder Identification Number (HIN) identifies your registration on the CHESS Subregister. One HIN can register an investor's shareholdings in multiple companies. For example, if you hold shares in Companies X, Y and Z, these shareholdings can be consolidated in one registration under a single HIN.

I've changed my address, who should I advise?

If you are an Issuer Sponsored Holder, you will need to advise Computershare Investor Services or in writing. Your advice should include your name, shareholder number, old and new address and signature. Notifications can be mailed or faxed to Computershare Investor Services (see above for address/phone number). For security reasons, Computershare Investor Services cannot accept change of address notifications over the phone.

If you are a Broker Sponsored holder, you will need to notify your broker in writing of your change of address.
